All of the staff at Camp Gladiator have been hired because of their strong Christian faith, extensive experience with youth and great academic backgrounds.
Will there be camp if it rains?
Camp will still take place if there is rain, however there will be a different schedule and parents will be notified through e-mail or phone.
What can I expect my child to be doing all day?
Each day at Kid Gladiator campers will be motivated to engage their mind, body and soul. A typical day consists of a series of group warm ups, challenges, cheers, competitive games and relays, as well as time to discuss and learn more about Christ through large and small groups led by our counselors.
No day will include the same activities, and the opening and closing day of camp will include different events such as an opening day ceremony, closing day ceremony and obstacle course. |
What should I expect on Opening Day of camp?
On the opening day campers will get to know Kid Gladiator staff and counselors by participating in several team building games. A brief opening day ceremony will take place where children will learn the story behind our camp, find out which one of two teams they will compete on for the entire week, and receive a t-shirt.
What should I expect on Closing Day of camp?
On the closing day campers will participate in an obstacle course to win points for their team and become the winners of the session. A brief closing day ceremony will follow the obstacle course where campers, counselors and staff are recognized for their hard work all session. We encourage parents to attend the closing day events and ceremony.
